Plain-English commitments every organization accepts before using Model Hustle. Draft for owner approval.

Conduct

Treat models, clients and Model Hustle staff professionally and lawfully.
Never charge models application, casting, registration or representation fees through Model Hustle, and never require ticket sales or purchases as a condition of representation or work.
Never ask for nude images, payments or personal documents as part of scouting or an application on Model Hustle.
Do not scout or recruit through impersonation, and do not imply that Model Hustle employs or endorses you beyond your verification labels.

You may invite a model to connect, but you may only present a model as represented after that model confirms the relationship from their own account.
Describe scope accurately: categories, territories, exclusivity and dates. Changing scope requires the model's fresh confirmation.
A confirmation on Model Hustle is platform permission and attribution. It is not a substitute for a written representation agreement and Model Hustle does not rule on private contracts.
Models can end or dispute a connection at any time. Ended or disputed connections stop routing new inquiries and leave public rosters immediately.
Agency rosters are adults-only (18+) in this release.

Use model and client information only to coordinate the assignment it was shared for.
Keep internal notes factual and professional; they are never shown to clients or models.
Do not export, resell or scrape Model Hustle profiles or client details.
Model Hustle stores verification evidence privately and only as long as needed for review.

A brief, a shortlist, or a package selection is not a booking. A booking is confirmed only when the model and the client accept the final terms.
State usage, license period, territory and AI/digital-replica terms clearly. AI training is not permitted unless the model agrees in writing.
In this release agencies cannot collect payments on a model's behalf through Model Hustle, change a model's payout destination, or issue refunds. Deposits stay on each model's own payment account.
Exposure, images or "trade" are never presented as pay.

Every organization is reviewed manually: organization details, an official contact check, the representative's identity check and your declaration of authority.
Paying for any Model Hustle plan never creates or changes a verification label.
Confirm your information every year and tell us about ownership or administrator changes; they trigger a new review.
Model Hustle may pause or remove an organization that breaks these rules.
